It's always exciting when you reach a goal you have strived to achieve. I'm not a naturally gifted writer, in fact, I think there's very few writers who are. But, I had this vision to write this series, some nineteen years ago after a car accident, that left me in hosptial for seven weeks. I had a lot of time to think. There's a scene in book three which played over and over in my head. I wrote book three of the series first, then thought, no I need to go back further, did that, then I wrote book two and finally book one. The series changed I'm now back where I started making the required changes to align book three after writing the first two books.
I always wanted to be an author. I can remember around the age of five telling mum I wanted to write books when I got older. Mum never got to see me do this, but I did manage to spend some time with her prior to her passing in 2014 and read her some sections from book three. She encouraged me to follow my dream. In 2018 I published my first book and dedicared it to her. I'm sure she looked down, proud I finally did what I always wanted to do.
I hope you enjoy VENGEFUL the second book in the Layered Revenge Thriller Series. Gus—who plays an interesting character—is going to be a part of a spin off series once I complete the current one. I'm excited to see where this is going to take me!
